Order Processing:

We try our best to ensure all Items marked ‘in
stock’ are dispatched within 24 hours.
If there is any significant delay we will contact you.
·
If an item is listed as ’available to order’ this
will generally be dispatched within 3 – 5 business days.
·
For orders with multiple items we may remove
original packaging to maintain our competitive shipping prices.
Delivery:
·
All our smaller items (for example tubes, pumps,
and clothing) will be shipped by Australia Post Express Post bag.
·
Larger items (for example helmets, trainers and
scooters) will be shipped by Courier service to ensure the best rate. Most packages go through TNT, Fastway or
Couriers Please with a signature required on delivery.
·
Country and Rural areas may take up to 7 – 10
business days.
·
A Tracking Number will be provided where
possible.
·
We currently do not offer an International
Shipping option, however please contact us with your requirements to sales@bikeforceclarkson.com.au
for a quote. Some overseas purchases may
incur additional fees/taxes in the destination country, this will be up to the
customer to pay.
Shipping Damage:
·
If the goods look damaged on delivery or you are
in any doubt about their condition, then please do not sign for it ‘in good
order and condition’. Simply reject the
delivery and contact us for a replacement.
Returns / Exchanges:
·
Please contact us by email or phone to obtain
further information.
·
Postage costs will not normally be refunded.
·
Returned items must be sent back in the
condition received including packaging.
