Take a look at the RR 1.5 saddle and you’ll be quick to notice that Syncros did everything they could to make it as lightweight as possible, while keeping the price tag easy on the wallet. It acheives this by swapping the carbon rails found on the RR 1.0, with titanium rails. The RR 1.5 keeps the large cutout at the rear to rid the saddle of unnecessary material, shaving off valuable grams.
The RR 1.5 saddle’s flat and long shape employs a healthy layer of Light PU foam wrapped in a softhand microfabric cover, providing just the right amount of padding to take the pressure off the contact points, but not so much to the point of bunching or restricted movement. Additionally, the slight channel down the center is strategically placed to keep pressure off the perineal region, ensuring proper blood flow down below. The 7x7mm hollow titanium rails and carbon-reinforced nylon shell offer a stiff, sturdy platform for powering up steep hairpins and white-knuckling down mountainous roads. Whether you’re road racing or club riding, its easy to see that the RR 1.5 saddle has been put through its share of strides and has come out a worthy road throne.
