The Infinity Loop is most effective when the loops are cinched tight. By sliding the lock body as close to the frame as possible, you remove the "slack" that thieves often use to gain leverage with tools. Also, because the IvyTex sleeve is water-resistant, it won't get heavy and soggy in the rain, but you should still periodically apply a drop of lock lubricant to the key cylinder to ensure the automatic locking mechanism remains smooth through many seasons of use!
