ENDURO S6806 BB 30 BEARING 30 X 42 X 7MM
The Enduro S6806 is a premium, 100% stainless steel radial bearing designed to solve the most common headache in modern cycling: the creaky, seized bottom bracket. Measuring 30mm x 42mm x 7mm, this is the standard size for BB30, PF30, and BB386 bottom bracket systems. While standard chrome steel bearings eventually succumb to the corrosive effects of sweat, road salt, and pressure washing, the S6806 utilizes 440C Stainless Steel for both the races and the balls, ensuring your pedals spin smoothly regardless of the conditions.
Because bottom brackets sit at the lowest point of the frame, they act as a "catch-all" for every contaminant on the road. Enduro’s stainless series is specifically engineered for riders who want to spend more time in the saddle and less time in the workshop. Equipped with LLB (Light Contact) seals, these bearings provide a sophisticated labyrinth barrier that keeps grit out while maintaining incredibly low rotational drag for a "race-day" feel every time you ride.
Key Performance Features
440C Stainless Steel Construction: Forged and precision-ground for total immunity to rust and corrosion. This is the gold standard for bikes used on indoor trainers or in wet, coastal climates.
High-Mirror Polished Races: The internal tracks are polished to a high-gloss finish, reducing friction and ensuring a silent, efficient power transfer from your legs to the drivetrain.
Grade 10 Precision Balls: Features balls that are spherical within 10/1,000,000", providing perfectly even load distribution across the stainless races.
LLB Dual-Lip Seals: A "light contact" design that offers superior protection against water ingress without the parasitic drag found in heavy-duty industrial seals.
High-Pressure Marine Grease: Factory-packed with specialized waterproof lubricant that resists wash-out and keeps the internal components running cool and quiet.
ABEC 3 Precision Rating: Manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure a perfect press-fit into carbon or aluminum frames, reducing the likelihood of "walking" or creaking.

✅ Why This IS For You
BB30 / PF30 Owners: This is the direct, high-quality upgrade for any bike using a 30mm spindle crankset.
The "Pain Cave" Specialist: If you use your bike on a stationary trainer, the stainless steel construction is a mechanical necessity to prevent sweat from seizing your bottom bracket.
All-Weather Commuters: Perfect for riders who face rain, mud, and road salt daily and want a "fit-and-forget" bearing that won't rust over the winter.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Shimano 24mm Cranksets: If you use a Shimano Hollowtech II crank, you need a 24mm ID bearing (Enduro 2437. This 30mm bearing will not fit.
SRAM DUB Users: SRAM DUB spindles are 28.99mm. While this bearing is close, it is not a direct fit for DUB-specific bottom brackets.
BFC Pro Tip
When installing the S6806 into a BB30 or PF30 frame, cleanliness is paramount. Use a clean rag and isopropyl alcohol to ensure the frame's bearing seats are completely free of old grit. Even though these are stainless steel, we recommend applying a thin film of retaining compound (like Loctite 641) or a high-quality anti-seize to the outer race before pressing them in. This fills any microscopic gaps between the bearing and the frame, which is the #1 way to prevent the dreaded "BB creak" in carbon bikes. Always use a proper press—never "tap" these in with a hammer!
