The Oxford Protex Stretch Premium Indoor Motorcycle Cover is the ultimate solution for riders looking to shield their pride and joy from the hidden hazards of indoor storage. While garages and sheds keep the worst of the weather away, they expose your bike to fine, abrasive dust particles that settle on bodywork and create thousands of microscopic swirl marks over time. Constructed from a high-quality 4-way stretch material with a completely seamless design, this premium cover effortlessly expands around awkward handlebars, mirrors, and luggage systems to deliver a beautifully sculpted, figure-hugging silhouette.
Beneath the sleek, highly flexible exterior fabric lies an incredibly soft inner lining engineered specifically to cushion your bike’s delicate paintwork, chrome trim, and carbon accents against accidental garage bumps, scrapes, or passing toolboxes. Crucially, the engineered fabric blend is fully breathable. This allows fresh air to constantly circulate beneath the barrier, actively preventing moisture and stagnant condensation from trapping against cold engine casings—drastically lowering the risk of rust, corrosion, and electrical gremlins during seasonal storage. Equipped with an elasticated base hem and an adjustable belly strap, the cover hugs the lowest lines of your frame to stay securely anchored through drafty conditions. Beyond its maintenance benefits, it also serves as a brilliant theft deterrent; by completely concealing the exact make, model, and expensive modifications of your motorcycle from prying eyes, it ensures your machine remains a mystery to opportunistic thieves.

Park in Damp or Humid Sheds: Excellent for coastal or humid Australian sheds, as the breathable fabric keeps the air moving to combat rust and oxidized metal.
Value a Tailored, Custom Look: Great if you hate baggy, generic tarps that drape loosely over your bike; this cover offers a clean, figure-hugging racing profile.
Own a High-Value Machine: A must-have tool to add a layer of privacy in shared underground apartment car parks where shielding your bike from view is critical.
Park Out on the Street: This is an indoor-specific soft fabric luxury cover; it features no waterproofing or UV-blocking shells to survive outdoor wind and downpours.
Need to Cover a Hot Bike Instantly: The high-stretch material is susceptible to melting; you must wait for your exhaust pipes and engine block to fully cool down before fitting it.
Have Sharp, Exposed Metal Hazards: If your bike features sharp custom metalwork or exposed bolts without smooth caps, it can catch and snag the internal stretch lining.
Before pulling the Oxford Protex cover over your motorcycle, always give your bike a quick wipe down with a microfiber towel and a detailer spray to remove any loose road grime or sand. If you trap coarse dirt particles between your paintwork and the soft lining of a tight, form-fitting cover, the elastic tension can act like sandpaper when you pull the cover on and off! Additionally, wash the cover occasionally in a gentle, cold machine cycle without fabric softener to keep the internal lining free of collected garage dust.
