SCOOTER WHEEL 100MM ABEC 9
Precision and Agility for Technical Riding.
The 100mm Freestyle Scooter Wheel is the preferred choice for riders who prioritize technical maneuvers, quick acceleration, and a lightweight setup. While 110mm wheels are the all-around standard, the 100mm diameter offers a lower center of gravity and increased flickability, making it ideal for younger riders or those perfecting complex deck tricks. These wheels serve as a high-performance replacement for entry-level plastic-core wheels, offering the strength of a CNC-machined alloy core and the incredible speed of ABEC-9 bearings.
Crafted with a high-rebound 88A polyurethane (PU) compound, these wheels provide the "grippy" feel needed for carving skatepark bowls while remaining hard enough to maintain speed on smooth concrete. Available in a wide array of vibrant colors, they are the perfect way to sharpen your scooter's handling and style simultaneously.
Key Features
100mm Agile Sizing: The smaller diameter reduces rotating mass, making the scooter feel more responsive during whips, spins, and technical flip tricks.
Heat-Treated Alloy Core: Features a lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum core that provides superior structural integrity and won't warp under the pressure of heavy landings.
High-Rebound 88A PU: The premium polyurethane formula ensures a smooth, consistent roll with excellent shock absorption for park and street surfaces.
Pre-Installed ABEC-9 Bearings: Includes precision-rated ABEC-9 bearings, offering a high-speed, low-friction roll that helps you keep your momentum between obstacles.
Universal Compatibility: Designed with a standard 24mm width to fit almost all freestyle scooter forks and decks that support 100mm wheels.
Multiple Colour Options: Personalize your ride with a variety of core finishes, including Blue, Green, Red, Pink, Black, and "Metal Heat" (Oil Slick).

✅ Why This IS For You
Trick-Oriented Riders: If you focus on agility and technical control, the smaller diameter makes the scooter easier to "flick" during aerial tricks.
Younger/Smaller Shredders: Perfect for riders transitioning from 3-wheel or folding scooters to their first pro-style setup where a 110mm wheel might feel too tall.
Budget-Friendly Upgrades: Generally more affordable than larger wheels, making them a cost-effective way to add metal-core strength to your ride.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Maximum Speed Seekers: 100mm wheels have a lower top-end speed than 110mm or 120mm options; if you prioritize raw speed and rolling over cracks, consider a larger wheel.
Ground Clearance: Because the wheel is smaller, your deck will sit slightly closer to the ground, which may lead to more deck-scraping when dropping into steep ramps.
BFC Pro Tip
The 100mm wheel is a classic for a reason—it’s the size that started the freestyle movement. If you’re coming from 110mm wheels, you’ll notice the scooter feels much more "snappy" immediately. Because these wheels have less polyurethane than larger sizes, they can wear down a bit faster if you do a lot of heavy "braking" or power slides. To get the most life out of them, try to avoid flat-spotting by using your brake sparingly, and remember to swap your front and back wheels occasionally to keep the wear even!
