Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: Yes, a refundable deposit may be required at the time of rental. This will be returned once the bag is returned in good condition. (Full payment may be required for high demand times, Tour Down Under, Amy's GrandFondo, Great Ocean Road, etc.)

Q: Will the Evoc Bike Bag fit my bike?

A: The bag fits most standard road, gravel, and mountain bikes. If you’re unsure, bring your bike dimensions or ask our team for advice.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak travel seasons—to secure availability.

Q: Can I rent for longer than two weeks?

A: Absolutely. After the first week, each additional week is $100. Longer-term rentals are welcome.

Q: Is it easy to pack my bike into the bag?

A: Yes. The Evoc bag is designed for easy packing, and we’re happy to give you tips or show you how to do it before you head off.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: You can cancel without a cost any time within 14 days from your collection date. Inside 14 days, a $100 fee may be charged.
