BFC Pro Tip

The secret to a long-lasting pair of Original veloToze is the installation technique. You must put the covers on before your shoes! Pull them up onto your calves, then put your shoes on, and finally pull the covers down over the shoes. To prevent tearing, we recommend applying a light dusting of talcum powder to the inside of the covers—this stops the latex from sticking to itself and makes them slide on much easier. After a wet ride, rinse them with fresh water and hang them to dry, but avoid direct sunlight, as UV rays will degrade the latex over time!
