The Wheels MFG 386EVO Threaded Bottom Bracket (Praxis M30) is the definitive engineered solution for riders seeking to eliminate the notorious creaks and alignment issues inherent in standard press-fit frames. Built with exceptional precision in the USA, this bottom bracket addresses the root cause of drivetrain noise. Instead of relying solely on the frame's internal tolerances, the two machined aluminium cups press firmly into the frame and thread together securely in the middle. This internal interlocking system ensures both sides stay perfectly aligned, reducing internal friction, stopping cup movement, and dramatically extending the lifespan of your bearings.

Specifically configured for the unique Praxis M30 spindle standard, this variant features a staggered step down ($30\text{mm}$ drive side to $28\text{mm}$ non-drive side) to perfectly match your high-performance Praxis crankset. Packed with premium Enduro ABEC-3 sealed radial bearings made from ultra-tough high-carbon chromium alloy, it delivers smooth, frictionless power transfer on every single pedal stroke. The lightweight, anodised black aluminium shell provides outstanding resistance to mud, water, and trail grit, making it a reliable fit-and-forget upgrade for high-end road, gravel, or mountain bike builds utilizing a 386EVO frame interface.

Key Features

• Thread-Together Design: The machined cups thread into each other inside the frame, completely eliminating creaks and ensuring rigid cup alignment.

• Praxis M30 Compatibility: Specifically machined to fit the stepped $30\text{mm}$ to $28\text{mm}$ spindle found across the Praxis Works M30 crankset lineup.

• Enduro ABEC-3 Bearings: Outfitted with Grade 10 chromium steel balls and polished alloy races for noiseless, ultra-low friction rotation.

• CNC-Machined Aluminium Cups: Cut from structural billet aluminium and anodised black for maximum longevity, corrosion protection, and strength.

• Fully Serviceable Shell: Designed for quick and hassle-free bearing extractions, cleaning, and replacements without needing to remove the cups from the frame.
