The Podium Chill is a "soft" insulated bottle, which means it’s much easier on your bike's paint than metal versions. To get the most out of the foam insulation, try freezing the bottle one-third full of water (laying on its side) overnight. Top it up with cold water before you head out; the ice block will act as a cooling core, extending your "cold water window" significantly on those Perth summer mornings!
