ENDURO 6000 SEALED BEARING 10 X 26 X 8 ABEC 3
The Workhorse for High-Precision Hubs & Components.
The Enduro 6000 ABEC-3 is a high-quality radial bearing engineered for the smooth, efficient rotation required in premium bicycle hubs and bottom brackets. Unlike the MAX series designed for pivots, this Radial ABEC-3 bearing features a dedicated internal ball retainer (cage). This design reduces internal friction and heat, making it the ideal choice for components that spin at high RPMs, such as front hubs or specialized internal drive systems.
Constructed with Grade 10 Chromium Steel balls and high-carbon 52100 steel races, this bearing is built to provide a long-lasting, wobble-free interface. The races are cryogenically treated to ensure a mirror-smooth finish, which minimizes rolling resistance and ensures that every watt of your power goes into moving the bike forward.
Key Features
ABEC-3 Precision Rating: Manufactured to tight tolerances with Grade 10 balls that are twice as round as standard industry bearings, ensuring a perfectly smooth and quiet spin.
LLB Dual-Lip Seals: Features light-contact seals that provide an excellent defense against water and dust while maintaining minimal rotational drag.
Nylon Graphite Retainers: A high-tech ball cage that reduces friction and noise, allowing the bearing to operate at high speeds without overheating.
High-Carbon 52100 Steel: Vacuum de-gassed alloy races offer extreme durability and resistance to fatigue under consistent radial loads.
Deep-Groove Design: Engineered with deeper race grooves to provide superior lateral support, which is essential for stable cornering when used in wheel hubs.
High-Pressure Grease: Pre-filled with Rheolube 374A, a high-performance synthetic grease designed for a wide temperature range and low-friction operation.

✅ Why This IS For You
High-Speed Hub Service: The perfect replacement for front or rear hubs that utilize 6000 series bearings and require a fast, smooth-rolling feel.
Electric Motor Maintenance: Often found in the internal drive systems of e-scooters and e-bikes where consistent, high-speed rotation is required.
Precision Overhauls: Ideal for riders looking to restore the efficiency of their drivetrain or wheelset with a bearing that exceeds standard OEM specifications.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Suspension Pivot Points: For rear suspension linkages that don't rotate fully, the Enduro 6000 MAX (Full Complement) version is much better suited to handle heavy impact loads.
Extreme Weather Commuting: If you ride in constant rain or salt air, the Stainless Steel (S6000) version offers superior corrosion resistance.
BFC Pro Tip
The 6000 series is a "meatier" bearing with an 8mm width, which provides excellent stability. When installing these into a hub, ensure you are using a bearing press that only contacts the outer race. Applying pressure to the inner race during installation can "side-load" the balls and create tiny dents in the race, leading to a gritty feel before you've even finished your first ride. A tiny drop of retaining compound can also help if your hub shell has become slightly oversized from previous bearing swaps!
