ENDURO 6902 ABEC 5 RADIAL CERAMIC BEARING 15 X 28 X 7
The Gold Standard in Smooth Efficiency.
The Enduro 6902 ABEC-5 Ceramic bearing is a high-performance radial solution designed for riders who demand the lowest possible rolling resistance and maximum longevity. Unlike standard steel bearings, this hybrid ceramic model features Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Grade 5 balls. These ceramic spheres are significantly harder, smoother, and lighter than steel, reducing internal friction and heat buildup during high-speed rotation.
Built to ABEC-5 precision standards, this bearing features high-carbon 52100 steel races that are cryogenically treated and polished to a mirror finish. This ensures an incredibly smooth interface with the ceramic balls, resulting in a bearing that spins longer and more freely, making it an ideal upgrade for premium wheelsets and bottom brackets.
Key Features
Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Ceramic Balls: Grade 5 high-precision balls that are 60% lighter and 7 times harder than steel, virtually eliminating ball deformation under load.
ABEC-5 Precision Rating: Manufactured to extremely tight tolerances with deeper grooves for increased lateral support and smoother operation.
Graphite/Nylon Ball Retainers: A specialized cage material that provides self-lubricating properties and reduced drag compared to standard steel cages.
LLB Dual-Lip Seals: Light-contact seals that provide an excellent barrier against contaminants while maintaining minimal rotational friction.
Cryogenic Race Treatment: The 52100 high-carbon steel races undergo extreme cold treatment to improve grain structure and surface hardness, extending the life of the bearing.
Kluber ISOFLEX Grease: Pre-filled with top-tier German synthetic grease, specifically chosen for its ability to stay in the races at high RPMs without causing "drag."

✅ Why This IS For You
Performance Road & Racing: If you are looking to save every possible watt by reducing the friction in your high-end road hubs.
Premium Wheel Upgrades: The perfect replacement for DT Swiss, Zipp, or Enve hubs that utilize the 6902 size and require a high-precision fit.
Longevity Seekers: Ceramic balls are non-corrosive and harder than debris; they effectively "polish" the steel races during use, often leading to a longer service life than all-steel counterparts.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Suspension Pivots: These are "Radial" bearings with cages; for high-load, low-rotation suspension linkages, the Enduro MAX (Full Complement) series is much more durable.
Budget-Focused Repairs: While the performance gains are significant, the initial cost is higher than standard ABEC-3 steel bearings.
BFC Pro Tip
Because ceramic balls are so much harder than the steel races, it is critical that these are installed with a professional bearing press. Any impact or "hammering" during installation can cause the ceramic balls to dimple the steel race (brinelling), which will immediately ruin the smooth feel. When cleaning your bike, avoid pointing high-pressure water directly at the hub faces—the LLB light-contact seals are designed for speed, so they value low friction over "heavy-duty" waterproofing.
