❌ Why This May NOT be for you
GXP or 30mm Spindles: This kit is strictly for 24mm spindles. If you use SRAM GXP (24/22mm) or a 30mm spindle crank (BB30/386EVO), this bearing set will not fit.
Non-Trek Frames: Most other brands use BB86, BB30, or threaded standards. Double-check that your frame utilizes the 37mm direct-press BB90/95 system.
BFC Pro Tip
The BB90/95 system is unique because the bearings sit directly against the carbon of your frame. Because there is no plastic cup to act as a buffer, cleanliness is everything during installation. Before pressing these in, ensure the carbon bores are spotlessly clean and free of old grease or grit. We always recommend a very light film of retaining compound or high-quality grease to ensure a silent fit. If your bearings feel "loose" in the frame even when new, come chat with us—you might need slightly oversized "V2" bearings to compensate for frame wear!
