FOX SPEEDFRAME PRO MIPS HELEMT DEFY PINE
The Gold Standard in Open-Face Trail Performance.
The Fox Speedframe Pro is a top-tier open-face mountain bike helmet designed for aggressive trail and enduro riders. Developed with direct input from professional athletes, the Speedframe Pro has earned Virginia Tech’s highest possible safety rating (5 Stars). The Defy Pine colorway offers a sophisticated, earthy aesthetic that blends perfectly with the trail while maintaining a premium, high-visibility finish.
This helmet is packed with market-leading features, including a MIPS® Evolve liner for rotational impact protection and a Dual-density Varizorb™ EPS liner that spreads forces of impact across a wider area. To keep you comfortable on the climbs, it features a 360-degree fit system and a moisture-wicking antimicrobial liner, making it as comfortable as it is capable.
Key Features
MIPS® Rotational Protection: Proven to reduce rotational motion by absorbing and redirecting energies and forces otherwise transmitted to the brain during a crash.
Dual-Density Varizorb™ EPS: Provides superior protection by spreading the force of impacts across a wider area of the helmet structure.
Fidlock® SNAP Buckle: A premium magnetic chin strap buckle that provides quick and secure entry and exit, even while wearing full-finger gloves.
Goggle Compatible Visor: A 3-position adjustable visor allows you to stow your goggles securely on the front of the helmet when they aren't in use.
360° Fit System: Allows you to dial in the perfect, customized fit every ride, ensuring the helmet stays stable on technical descents.
Ionic+® Antimicrobial Liner: Manages odor while wicking moisture away from your head to keep you cool and dry during high-output climbs.

✅ Why This IS For You
Safety-First Riders: If you want a helmet with a 5-star safety rating from Virginia Tech, providing peace of mind for high-speed trail riding.
Goggle Users: Perfect for those who prefer the extra protection of goggles; the adjustable visor makes storage easy during transitions.
Premium Tech Fans: Ideal if you appreciate high-end touches like the Fidlock magnetic buckle and superior ventilation for long summer days.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
XC Weight Weenies: While light for a trail helmet, riders seeking the absolute lowest gram count for cross-country racing might prefer the Fox Mainframe.
Full-Face Requirements: For bike park laps or sanctioned DH racing, you should consider a full-face option like the Fox Proframe for chin protection.
BFC Pro Tip
The Speedframe Pro is designed with a "Big Bore" vent at the front. To keep your goggles from fogging up during slow, humid climbs, tuck them under the visor. The airflow through the front vents will help pull moisture out of the goggle foam. Also, remember that the Ionic+ liner is removable and washable—toss it in a laundry bag on a cold cycle once a month to keep that "new helmet" smell much longer.
