IGP SPORT ARM HEART RATE MONITER
Precision Tracking with All-Day Comfort.
The iGPSPORT HR70 represents the next evolution in fitness tracking, offering a high-precision alternative for riders who find traditional chest straps restrictive or uncomfortable. Worn on the upper arm or forearm, the HR70 utilizes advanced PPG optical sensor technology to capture real-time heart rate data with incredible accuracy. Whether you are performing high-intensity intervals or settling into a long endurance ride, the HR70 provides the consistent feedback needed to optimize your training zones and track your cardiovascular fitness over time.
Designed with a slim, aerodynamic profile, the HR70 stays securely in place even during the most spirited sprints or technical trail sessions. Its dual-band ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity ensures that it talks to almost everything—from your iGPSPORT or Garmin bike computer to your smartphone and indoor training apps like Zwift. With a massive 65-hour battery life and an intuitive color-coded LED system, it’s the ultimate "set and forget" training tool.
Key Features
PPG Optical Sensing: Uses high-frequency light sensors to detect blood flow and calculate heart rate with professional-grade accuracy, eliminating the need for chest strap skin-contact gels.
Heart Rate Zone LED Indicator: Features a built-in LED that changes color based on your heart rate zone, allowing you to check your intensity level with a quick glance at your arm.
Vibration Alerts: Includes a smart vibration motor that alerts you if your heart rate exceeds your pre-set maximum, helping you stay within safe and effective training limits.
65-Hour Battery Life: Equipped with a high-capacity rechargeable battery that offers over 65 hours of continuous use—enough for over a month of heavy training for most riders.
Dual-Band Connectivity: Seamlessly transmits data via ANT+ and Bluetooth 5.0, making it compatible with bike computers, smartwatches, and fitness apps simultaneously.
Magnetic Charging: Features a convenient magnetic charging interface, ensuring the unit remains fully sealed and waterproof (IP67) against sweat and rain.

✅ Why This IS For You
Riders Seeking Comfort: If you find chest straps itchy, restrictive, or prone to slipping down during a ride.
Multi-Sport Athletes: Perfect for those who switch between cycling, running, and gym work and want a single, easy-to-apply sensor.
Visual Trainers: Ideal if you like the convenience of checking your effort level via the color LED without having to look down at your computer screen.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Extreme Sprint Precision: While optical sensors are excellent, they have a very slight "lag" compared to ECG chest straps during instantaneous, 5-second max sprints. For most training, however, the difference is negligible.
Cold Weather Users: In extremely cold conditions, blood flow to the skin on the arm can decrease, which may occasionally affect optical sensor readings; in these rare cases, a chest strap is more consistent.
BFC Pro Tip
The HR70 is incredibly versatile, but for the best results, we recommend wearing it on the outside of your upper arm (bicep) or your forearm. Make sure the strap is snug—not tight enough to cut off circulation, but firm enough that the sensor doesn't move when you're out of the saddle. If you’re using it for indoor training, the HR70 is a "Zwift favorite" because it pairs instantly with tablets and laptops via Bluetooth, helping you keep your cockpit free of extra wires!
