LEZYNE MICRO FLOOR DRIVE MINI PIMP HPG 160 PSI
The Lezyne Micro Floor Drive HPG (High Pressure Gauge) is engineered to bridge the gap between a bulky workshop floor pump and a standard mini pump. If you have ever struggled to reach 100 PSI with a traditional hand pump while crouching on the side of a road, this is the solution. Constructed from lightweight, CNC-machined aluminium, it features a fold-out stainless steel foot peg that allows you to use your body weight to drive air into the tyre, significantly reducing arm fatigue and making high-pressure inflation effortless.
This model is equipped with an integrated in-line analogue gauge, allowing for precision pressure tuning on the go—a critical feature for gravel riders seeking the perfect balance of grip and rolling resistance. The long, flexible hose removes the risk of bending or breaking valve stems during vigorous pumping, while the ABS Flip-Thread Chuck ensures a secure, airtight connection with both Presta and Schrader valves. Whether it’s tucked into a frame bag or mounted via the included bracket, the Micro Floor Drive HPG delivers professional-grade performance in a compact, travel-friendly package.
Key Features
Floor Pump Action: The fold-out stainless steel foot peg and T-handle allow for vertical pumping, using your body weight for maximum efficiency.
Integrated Analogue Gauge: Features an easy-to-read in-line gauge to ensure you hit your target PSI accurately every time.
ABS Flip-Thread Chuck: A reversible, threaded connection that provides a leak-free seal on both Presta and Schrader valves.
High-Pressure Optimisation: Specifically designed for high-pressure applications, capable of reaching a massive 160 PSI (11 bar).
CNC-Machined Construction: Crafted from premium aluminium for long-term durability and a sleek, high-quality finish.

✅ Why This IS For You
The Long-Distance Tourer: If you are bikepacking or touring, you need a pump that can seat a bead or hit high pressures without a 10-minute workout.
Road & Gravel Riders: Ideal for tyres that require 60–100+ PSI; the vertical action makes reaching these pressures a breeze compared to horizontal hand pumps.
Valve Safety Seekers: The flexible hose isolates the pump’s movement from the valve, preventing the common "snapped valve" disaster during roadside repairs.
Accuracy Enthusiasts: If "squeezing the tyre" isn't enough of a measurement for you, the integrated gauge provides the data you need for a consistent ride feel.
Dual-Bike Owners: The flip-thread chuck handles your Presta road valves and your partner's or kids' Schrader valves with equal ease.
❌ Why This May NOT Be For You
Jersey Pocket Minimalists: At 31cm, this is too long for most standard jersey pockets; it is designed for frame mounting or pack storage.
High-Volume MTB Riders: While it will work, this "HP" version moves less air per stroke than the "HV" (High Volume) model, making it slower for 2.4-inch mountain bike tyres.
Ultralight Weight Weenies: At 177g, it is heavier than carbon-fibre mini pumps; you are trading a few grams for significantly better usability.
BFC PRO TIP
To ensure a 100% airtight seal and prevent "valve core pull-out," always engage the ABS (Air Bleed System) button on the chuck before unscrewing it from a Presta valve. This releases the pressure inside the pump hose, allowing the chuck to spin off freely. Also, if you’re using this for a tubeless setup, the stability of the foot peg allows you to pump much faster than a hand pump, which can often provide the "burst" of air needed to reseat a tubeless bead in an emergency!
