The 2022 Mondraker Foxy is the definitive all-mountain and enduro machine, designed for riders who prioritize speed, stability, and cutting-edge design. Built around Mondraker’s signature "Forward Geometry," this bike features a longer reach and a shorter stem, providing unparalleled front-wheel precision and confidence when the trail gets steep and technical. The sleek Silver and Black finish highlights the industrial, high-performance aesthetic of the alloy frame, which is engineered to be as stiff as it is durable, ensuring every watt of power is translated into forward momentum.
Performance is driven by Mondraker’s Zero Suspension System, a dual-link design that makes the rear end incredibly plush on descents while remaining remarkably efficient during high-torque climbs. Equipped with a 160mm RockShox 35 Gold fork and a custom-tuned Fox Float DPS rear shock, the Foxy offers 150mm of rear travel that feels bottomless on big hits yet sensitive to small-bump chatter. Combined with a wide-range SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain and a long-travel dropper post, the 2022 Foxy is a balanced, aggressive specialist that excels on everything from technical alpine singletrack to local enduro race stages.
Forward Geometry: Experience the industry-leading geometry that redefined modern MTB handling, offering incredible stability at high speeds.
Zero Suspension System: A virtual pivot design that neutralizes pedal bob and brake jack, keeping your suspension active exactly when you need it.
Premium Air Suspension: The combination of RockShox and Fox ensures a highly tunable ride that can be dialed in specifically for your weight and terrain.
Agility vs. Stability: The long wheelbase is designed for high-speed composure; riders who prefer a very "short and flickable" bike for tight, low-speed maneuvers may need a period of adjustment.
Uphill Racing: While it climbs impressively well for a 150mm bike, dedicated cross-country racers may find it more "plush" than a stiff, short-travel race rig.
Mondraker bikes are designed specifically around a very short (30mm) stem to complement the long reach of the frame. To get the most out of the Forward Geometry, we recommend resisting the urge to swap to a longer stem for "reach"—instead, trust the design and keep your weight centered. You’ll find that the bike tracks significantly better in corners and provides much more grip on the front tire during aggressive descending.
