BFC Pro Tip
The E225 relies entirely on the tension of the internal cable. When you are installing it, make sure the cable is pulled extremely tight before you tighten the final screws—this is what stops the "droop" over time. If you’re worried about scratching your fancy alloy bars, a single wrap of electrical tape or a thin piece of old inner tube underneath the mount works wonders. Once it’s set, check the tension after your first 50km; a tiny bit of initial stretch is normal, and a quick quarter-turn of the tension screw will keep it solid for years!
