• Standard Case Users: This V2 head requires a Quad Lock MAG Case. If you have the original "Twist-Lock only" case, the magnets will not engage and the phone will not stay secure.

• Universal Adaptor Users: It is generally not recommended for use with Universal Adaptors as the thickness of the adhesive can interfere with the magnetic pull and charging efficiency.

To achieve the advertised 15W fast charging, you must use a high-quality 12V car charger or wall plug that supports 9V or 12V output. Standard 5V USB ports found in many older cars often don't provide enough "juice," which can cause the phone to charge slowly or even lose battery while running intensive GPS apps. Also, when installing the head on your mount, ensure the locking screw is tight—the magnetic pull is strong enough that if the screw is loose, you might pull the whole head off the mount when grabbing your phone!
