The Essential Layer for Variable Conditions.
The Santini Totum Arm Warmers are the definitive "pocketable" solution for the unpredictable Australian shoulder seasons. Designed to bridge the gap between a short-sleeve jersey and a full thermal jacket, these warmers allow you to adapt your kit on the fly as the temperature climbs or drops. Whether you are facing a brisk 5:00 AM rollout or a long, shaded descent in the hills, the Totum provides immediate thermal protection without the bulk of traditional winter layers.
Constructed from premium Blizzard thermofleece, the Totum features a soft, brushed interior that creates a micro-layer of warm air against the skin. This fabric is highly breathable, ensuring that while you stay warm, moisture is quickly wicked away to prevent that "clammy" feeling during high-intensity efforts. The exterior is treated with a light water-resistant finish, helping to shed road spray and light mist during those damp morning commutes.
Key Features
Blizzard Thermofleece Fabric: Features an internally brushed loft that provides excellent heat retention while remaining soft and non-irritating.
Anatomical Multi-Panel Cut: Specifically shaped to follow the natural bend of the elbow, reducing fabric bunching and ensuring a "second-skin" fit.
External Water Resistance: Treated with a light coating to repel drizzle and road spray, keeping your arms dry in misty conditions.
Dual Silicone Grippers: Equipped with internal and external silicone dots at the bicep to lock the warmer to your skin and your jersey sleeve simultaneously.
High-Stretch Elasticity: The high-performance Lycra blend allows for maximum freedom of movement without the warmers sliding down your arms.
Reflective Santini Logo: Includes a high-visibility logo to enhance your presence on the road during low-light dawn or dusk rides.

✅ Why This IS For You
Early Morning Commuters: If you start your ride in the cold pre-dawn air and need a layer that is easy to peel off and stash in a jersey pocket once the sun hits.
Descending Specialists: Perfect for riders who hit the climbs in a jersey but want arm protection for the fast, wind-chilled descents back down.
Versatile Racers: Ideal for criterium or road racing in autumn, where you need to keep your muscles warm during the neutral start and warm-up laps.
❌ Why This May NOT be for you
Deep Winter Specialists: For temperatures consistently below 5°C, you may require the heavier Santini Acquazero series which features a more robust windproof membrane.
Sun-Only Riders: If you never ride in temperatures below 18°C, these will likely be too warm; a lightweight UV arm sleeve would be the better choice for sun protection.
BFC Pro Tip
The Santini Totum is a "pro-fit" garment, meaning it is designed to be quite snug to prevent wind-flap. If you have particularly muscular upper arms, we recommend sizing up to ensure the silicone grippers don't feel restrictive. To keep the fleece lining soft and the elastic snappy, always wash them inside out in a mesh laundry bag. This protects the brushed interior from pilling and keeps the silicone grippers from sticking to other garments in the wash!
