BFC PRO TIP
Before sliding these new K05S-RX pads into your calliper, always inspect the face of your pistons for any accumulated black road grime or brake dust. Take a clean cotton bud dipped in isopropyl alcohol and carefully wipe the exposed outer sides of the pistons. If you force the pistons back into the calliper body to make room for the new, thicker pads without cleaning them first, you risk pushing that abrasive dirt past the delicate rubber internal seals, leading to lazy piston retraction or a sticky brake lever!
