The Science in Sport REGO Whey Protein 1.35kg is a premium, purpose-built recovery formula designed specifically for athletes looking to optimize muscle repair after shorter or less glycogen-depleting training sessions. Unlike heavy, carbohydrate-loaded recovery shakes tailored for multi-hour endurance events, this formulation prioritises high-quality lean protein delivery without the unwanted caloric load of excessive sugars. It provides the essential building blocks your body needs to maintain lean mass, stimulate muscle protein synthesis, and accelerate tissues repair, allowing you to back up your training day after day.

Each generous 1.35kg tub provides 45 individual servings, making it a highly cost-effective staple for your daily training routine. The formula features a complete essential amino acid profile enhanced with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which naturally trigger the body's internal recovery mechanisms. Whether you have just finished a hard indoor trainer set, a fast-paced criterium, or a focused gym workout, this easy-to-mix powder blends seamlessly with cold water to deliver rapid gastrointestinal absorption and fast-acting relief to fatigued muscle fibres.
