Designed specifically for flat mount road, gravel, or cyclocross disc brake calipers, these premium fasteners are the perfect upgrade for performance-focused riders looking to refine their bike build. Replacing standard steel hardware with these titanium equivalents minimises rotational and static weight while cleaning up the aesthetic of your braking system.
The 47mm length is meticulously engineered to secure flat mount calipers through thicker frame or fork structures. Featuring a standard Torx 25 drive head, these bolts ensure a precise tool interface during installation, resisting stripping and allowing for exact torque settings so your calipers stay perfectly aligned under heavy braking.
Premium Titanium Build: Delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while remaining completely immune to rust and weather corrosion.
T25 Torx Drive: Standardised T25 head ensures a secure tool fitment, reducing the risk of rounding or stripping during installation.
Flat Mount Optimised: Specifically threaded and sized to provide stable clamping force and exact caliper alignment for modern flat mount disc systems.
Material: High-grade Titanium alloy
Length: 47mm
Drive Interface: Torx 25 (T25)

✅ Weight-Conscious Builders: Perfect if you are looking to shave every possible gram off your road, gravel, or cyclocross setup.
✅ All-Weather Cyclists: Titanium will never rust, making these ideal for muddy winter CX races, gravel adventures, or wet commutes.
✅ Premium Aesthetic Upgrades: The clean, high-end finish of titanium gives your brake calipers a sleek, professional look.
❌ Frame Compatibility Dependent: The 47mm length is quite long; if your frame or chainstay profile requires a shorter bolt (like 15mm to 32mm), these will bottom out.
❌ Budget Builds: If you aren't worried about saving weight or ultimate corrosion resistance, standard stainless steel bolts are a much cheaper alternative.
❌ Post Mount Systems: These are strictly designed for flat mount brake configurations and will not work on older post-mount mountain bike calipers.
Titanium and carbon or aluminium frames can cold-weld together over time due to galvanic corrosion. Always apply a high-quality titanium anti-seize paste or a specialized assembly lubricant to the threads before installation. Most importantly, ensure you have exactly 5–7mm of thread engagement into the caliper as recommended by SRAM to maintain full braking safety.
