Find a safe, flat stretch of road or trail, accelerate to roughly 30 km/h, and apply the brakes firmly until you drop down to walking pace. Repeat this process 20 to 30 times per wheel. Never lock up the wheels completely during this process; the goal is to evenly heat the brakes and transfer a microscopic layer of the pad material onto the rotor surface for maximum friction and noise-free operation!
