Designed in partnership with bike-fitting experts gebioMized, the Syncros Urban Lock-On Grips are built to relieve pressure on your hands and wrists during daily commuting and urban riding. The ergonomic wing profile distributes palm pressure evenly across a wider surface area, reducing numbness and fatigue over long stretches of tarmac.
Constructed from a dual-density 2.0 compound with gel injection, these grips actively absorb road buzz and pavement vibrations before they reach your upper body. A sleek, hidden internal lock-on system secures the grips firmly to your flat or riser handlebars, ensuring zero twisting or slipping in wet weather while maintaining a clean, clutter-free look.
In addition to their ergonomic design, the open-ended style integrates seamlessly with bar-end accessories or handlebar-mounted mirrors. Whether you are navigating busy city streets on a hybrid, e-bike, or commuter, these grips deliver dependable control and lasting support.

✅ Daily Commuters: Perfect for city riders looking to eliminate hand fatigue and wrist soreness on concrete pathways.
✅ Mirror & Accessory Compatible: Open ends allow effortless integration with bar-end mirrors or safety plugs.
✅ Slip-Free Security: The hidden lock-on clamp guarantees the grip will not twist or throttle on the bar during wet-weather rides.
❌ Technical Trail Riding: The flared ergonomic shape is optimized for upright urban riding rather than dynamic mountain bike descents.
❌ Minimalist Round Grip Fans: Cyclists who prefer slim, traditional round rubber grips may find the wide palm wings too bulky.
❌ Drop Handlebar Setups: Designed strictly for standard flat or riser flat bars; not compatible with road drop bars.
When installing lock-on grips with ergonomic palm wings, do not fully tighten the lock ring immediately. Slide the grips onto your bar, sit on your bike in your standard riding position, and rest your hands on the wings. Adjust the angle until your wrists sit completely straight (without bending upward or downward) before torquing the lock-on bolt to spec. This simple adjustment ensures maximum pressure relief!
