PURE Electrolyte Replacement Capsules are formulated to help maintain your body's electrolyte levels and to help replace minerals lost during sustained strenuous exercise. They are also great in hot conditions when extra electrolytes are needed to help with muscle function and cramp prevention.
These capsules are great to top up your electrolytes during hard training or racing. Recommended for endurance athletes or those requiring additional electrolytes due to high sweat rates and during hot conditions.
Easy to consume - just swallow with water or sports drink while exercising. No need to dissolve. We have designed this product to be used alongside all of our hydration ranges.
Added magnesium helps to support normal muscle function and contributes to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue, when taken as part of a varied & healthy diet.
PURE Electrolyte Capsules contain the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium with added Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for electrolyte absorption.
Each capsule contains the following electrolytes:
RECOMMENDED USE: Take one (1) capsule with water or PURE Electrolyte Hydration drink every 30 – 60 minutes during hard physical activity. Take up to 10 capsules daily.
For endurance sports we recommend 2 capsules per hour of exercise, taken with 500ml - 750ml of PURE Electrolyte hydration drink.
CAUTION: PURE Electrolyte Capsules will not prevent hyponatremia, heat stroke and other dangerous conditions resulting from over-exertion in extreme heat.
