The Santini MADSS Aero Shoe Covers White (Mega Aerodynamic Speed Shell) are built specifically for competitive cyclists and time trialists seeking to shave precious seconds off their times. Engineered to fit over road cycling footwear like a second skin, these aero shoe covers eliminate wind turbulence created by shoe dials, buckles, straps, and ventilation openings.
Crafted from a highly elastic, lightweight composite fabric, these overshoes stretch tightly over the contours of your footwear to deliver a sleek, wrinkle-free aerodynamic profile. The extended cuff sits flat against the leg to transition smoothly from sock to shoe, optimizing laminar airflow over the feet where rotational drag is highest.
Featuring a clean, crisp white finish, they give your race setup a professional look while providing targeted cutouts for 3-bolt road cleats and heel pads. Whether you are attacking a criterium, executing a breakaway, or pacing a time trial, these covers maximize watt efficiency when every fraction of a second counts.
Mega Aerodynamic Speed Shell (MADSS): Streamlined construction smooths airflow over shoe closures and buckles to minimize aerodynamic drag.
Second-Skin Compressive Fit: High-stretch performance fabric contours snugly around road shoes for a wrinkle-free profile.
Pro Cutout Architecture: Pre-cut openings for 3-bolt road cleats and heel pads ensure stability and unhindered engagement.

✅ Time Trial & Race Focused: Engineered specifically to save drag watts and increase aerodynamic efficiency at high speeds.
✅ Wrinkle-Free Aero Profile: High-elasticity material holds tight to eliminate fabric flap over the shoe body.
✅ Crisp Pro Styling: Modern white finish delivers a clean, race-ready aesthetic that complements any high-end kit.
❌ Off-Road or Gravel Use: Lacks rugged rubber treads; not designed for walking or rough off-road terrain.
❌ Cold Weather Insulation: Built purely for aerodynamic performance rather than thermal winter warmth or rain protection.
❌ Mountain Bike Cleats: Designed for smooth 3-bolt road shoes and will not stretch properly over bulky lugged soles.
Put your aero shoe covers on before stepping into your cycling shoes! Pull the overshoe up onto your lower leg first, put on your road shoe and tighten the BOA dials, then pull the aero cover down over the heel and toe. This trick prevents over-stretching the delicate elastane seams around the cleat openings and keeps them fitting like new race after race.
